Dr.Kobchai Jitsakula presented "Chiang Rai Elephants" to H.E.Mr.Singthong Lapseedphan, ambassador of Thailand to Japan, to mark the occasion of the 135th anniversary of Thai-Japanese relations.
H.E.Mr.Singthong Lapseedphan presented "Chiang Rai Elephants" to Nitthaiji Temple, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan at the Japanese-Thai Cultural Festival.
